I can not believe my baby boy is 10!!!!! It just can not be!

I am so pleased with the young man he is becoming. He is such an amazing kid!

I remember your first word...Ball! To this day you cant find Dallin with out some sort of ball going on or wearing some sort of sport gear! not to mention his very ranky stanky BYU lucky wristband! Yuck! But whatever works right!

Randomness

Abby had to fun school projects this last month one and Autobiography in a box. She choose Audrey Hepburn. She had such a great time learning about her. We watched My Fair Lady together and we now have the next generation hooked on old classics!Another assignment was her egg baby. She took it very serious and made her the cutest carrying basket. Her teacher awarded Abby's baby Olivia the cutest egg baby and got a giant candy bar. Abby with her flowers from "Her Valentine" She loved her flowers. He was very sweet and brought them to her on Valentine Sunday. He also brought her cupcakes and she saved them for days when she need a little more "sunshine"

Scott was such a sweetheart and came home with a dozen gorgeous roses, balloons and my very favorite carrot cake! Such a romantic! Such a SURPRISE! Even though he wanted to have it all set up to surprise me, he came home while I was standing at the sink doing dishes an he looked at me as he came through the door with all of it in hand and said " Your not supposed to be in the kitchen!" I responded " I am ALWAYS in the kitchen." :) Emma was feeling a bit left out so Scott gave her my roses and kisses and let her be the princess! Like she is EVERYDAY!

Once there WAS a Snowman!

Once there was a snowman,

Then mean children wrecked them,wrecked them, wrecked them,

During our last big storm the kids built these snowman. Along with about 5 other families along our street. Well as we all found as we left to Sunday Morning Church, our snowmen had be decapitated during the night. Causing all children on our street to have sad hearts as we drove to past each mutilated snowman. My kids were so sad. "What kind of person goes around destroying snowmen?" We simply said "mean ones" Really this just gives me an idea for a new Grinch book " The Grinch who stole joy from children!" As we drove around about a 5 mile radius ALL SNOWMEN had been ruined. What is wrong with people!

Setting the Record Straight!

For those who have questioned who builds the pinewood...answer...All of us TOGETHER!

1. Dallin names the years car.....Collie....

2. Dallin and Dad spend countless hours researching arrow dynamics and ways to make the car the fastest on what kind of tracks.

3.Dallin and Dad go to the local crafts and hardware stores to get tools.

4.Dallin and Dad miter saw the cut for the car...TOGETHER!

5.Dallin and Dad polish the wheels...together

6. Dallin sands the car to baby smooth.

7. Dallin and dad put in the weights and putty the wholes once again TOGETHER

8.Then Dallin sands again with a finer grit.

9. Mom and Dallin paint the coats on the car...there is about 20 coats.

10. Dallin and mom decide what the car should be detailed with,dad adds the wheels wala the car! Dallin Two Year Reigning Champion! For the record the Cougarmmobile is still undefeated.

It raced against the Collie and won!

And one more the record! I am gonna cheer and I am gonna cheer loud and jump with excitement. In all things these are my babies and if we arent here to cheer our babies on who is! Go Bubba! We have a had blast every year building the car!

For Christmas we rented a cabin up in Heber to go sledding with kids. It was soooooooooooooooooo Cold But we had Sooooooooooo much fun!

We soared down those hills!

Definitely now a tradition!
