There ARE Angels Amoung US!

We were surrounded by angels last night!

Our youth were asked to provide mutual for 300 Special Needs Angels!

It was incredible!!!!

The spirit was unreal!

It was a once in a lifetime moment that We will Cherish FOREVER!

We were blessed to be apart of such glorious group!

We provided three activities...

First we cut out felt stockings for them to thread and glue cotton balls at the top.

Second we brought Scripture Countdown to Christmas Chains! Third we brought music pipes and they played the notes and sang Christmas carols. We then gathered all together and we provided bells for each of the special youth and contacted Santa Claus to come and wish these sweethearts a Merry Christmas! He gave them each a candy cane and made sure they were still at the top of his nice list and boy did they take that VERY seriously! Oh my goodness they we SOOOOOOOOOOO excited an it was so sweet! We then passed out clementines and mingled! Our highlight of the evening was when Scott found our good Buddie Dustin! He is our families Buddie. Scott has known him since he was born. We are so blessed to have a special friend like Dustin! Dallin adores him and his journal entry last night went on and on about his Buddie Dustin and how he can hardly wait to see him on Sunday! Dallin also wrote the most sincere statement in his entry... "I love the special spirits! When you meet one, you are there best Friend....FOREVER! I Love Dustin!" As you can tell by All our grins it was an amazing night that lifted you up to soar with Angels!!! Sunday we will be privileged to have them attend our ward and present our sacrament meeting!

Again I was blessed in ways I do not deserve but I am so grateful my Heavenly Father gave me and my family this opportunity to be among His choice spirits for a brief moment in time..in a world that seems to forget to often what is truly important!

Thanksgiving turns to Christmas Quickly!

Over Thanksgiving Break we watched Bowser...Jason and Glenda...You OWE me! The Picture tells all!We decorated gingerbread houses at Grandmas and had a super fun time creating our houses! Thanks Grandma for a wonderfully restful Thanksgiving! We even watched some of my favorite movies...

Last night for our FHE we made uneatable Gingerbread men and ladies! Every year we make something to remember and this is what we did this year.

And then we made edible snowflakes. thanks to the church mag. The Friend and its wonderful tip! Yum!

We finished and performed the youth roadshow for the Stake.

With ALL the craziness that this entailed .... from the Ornery guys own mouth....

To Satisfy the Hunger and Halloween 2008!

One of the FABULOUS teachers from our school asked if I would be willing to tend her little Phillip on Fridays?

Being severely baby hungry..I could not resist! This will definitely help! Phillip is adorable and only 3 months old. Now isn't the time for a little one here and Emma's is soooooo happy to be a little helper!I invited my Laurels over for Halloween lunch on Friday...we had Pizza and Jambas! They are such a fun group of Gals!Dallin found out his pumpkin was voted "Most Creative" in the schools annual

We had a great Halloween with the annual school parpade of costumes and Mrs. Nuttals Haunted House but we sure missed dad who had to work!

Have I made you crazy yet because let me tell you after the School and Ward Halloween Carnivals both last night....I have HAD IT! But to top it all off...I find out that there seems to people in this world who feel it is there place to pass critical judgement on others and the SERVICE they give. Key word - Service...Can you tell I am bitter...no hurt! I am. So before this get s ugly...Here are some pictures of a few fun or funny things from our week.

Tyler's girlfriend Jessica stopped by to give Emma a gift.

She gave Emma a Princess Sleeping Bag and flashlight.

Emma was thrilled, Ecstatic, OVERJOYED!

She has slept in it every night with all her babies....ALL of them!

We decorated Dallin's pumpkin for the school pumpkin contest.

He had decided he wanted to do a Bee and this is what we did.... MR. BEE BBBBBBBUUUUZZZZZZZZ! We will find out next week how he did. They voted on them at the carnival.

Abby had cleaned up her side of the room and placed cones to block Emma from entering!

This is Emma's side! Yup...Abby picked up anything that's was Emma s and put it on her side... GIRLS!

What Goes around...Comes Around!

Emma goes to sleep in the sweetest ways and I can not resist taking pictures for evidence...

This was Last Saturday...

She lined all of her baby girls up and then put her to sleep at the end...

She hugs each doll and tucks each one individually in to slumber time adn then puts herself to sleep...just like a reall mom...Sometimes she gets back up because one is having a nightmare and she calms them down , tucks them back in and she goes back to sleep... Then on Tuesday while dad and Abby were studying for a test...

Emma was coloring on the floor and LITERALLY fell asleep right in the middle of her picture...

I fell asleep for a quick nap and Emma found my camera and snapped a picture and several movies of mom slumbering... What goes around comes around!

It was the Joy School Halloween Party on Tuesday...Of course I have not yet made Halloween costumes...I still have two weeks to procrastinate that!...So Emma went in her princess dress up..They had a grand time trick or treating and singing to us! thanks Jenny and Tammy!

Missing My Sister Mom and Elder Dad!

We are being blessed by their service but days like today..I just miss them .....ALOT!

We ( Us and Jasons family)sent them a package full of the things they are missing...salsa, candy corn, black licorice, boxed cake mixes and frosting along with taco shells and seasoning and some other things..Putting that box together just made me think about the little things that make them so gosh darn amazing! We sure do love those 2!

Random....

One week ago Scott bought us a tent...He and the kids put it up and we spent the night out under the stars...In the backyard...It was tons of fun....The kids loved it! The Only downer was the next day....I was busy and gone all morning and the tent had been left up...Tarma...Underdog...ripped a hole in the window ...peed in it and on Dallins new build a bear and then managed to get out the same whole....She was in trouble...We washed the tent and mended the hole...Silly ol Dog.

Abby had to make a rocket for school ...so she and Dallin and Emma all painted a project...

Dallin painted the birdhouse he had made in scouts...of course with BYU as the theme....Emma painted me a flower and Abby of course a SPARKLY, SEQUINED rocket ship.

When the rest of the gang goes to the BYU games Emma and I have mommy and me time...One week we dressed up...at Emma's insistence, I had to wear my wedding dress...Another week we went to build a bear and she choose a dress for her bears...(we had a earned a $10.00 reward I used that YEA!) This week we made paper dolls...It was fun . I found this great website for preschool games...And they had paper dollls you could make the outfits for ...so we printed them up , cut them out, glued the to cardboard and WALA! Emmas Paperdolls... We had a blast yesterday going to the canyon and roasting hot doggers and smores with Jason, Glenda and Zach...We go every year and take family pics...This is one I am still working on the rest...That will be a post all itself! Thanks for a great time guys!
