Fluttering By...

This past weekend Abby had her performance at BYU...
"Looking Back".
Each class performed a peice from past years at BYU . Abby was so excited that her class was chosen to do "Fluttering By".
It was THE peice that put the spirit of dance into her heart at age 4 when she went to her first dance performance in the De Yong concert hall at BYU.
Any Who...she did a fantabulous job and her leaps were higher and straighter than ever. Here are just some snaps from back stage...
First we have the butterfly cave..these girls have been dancing together for the past 8 years..they are like sisters. Here she is in her butterfly costume... Here she is being a karate butterfly... Her and her good friend Elizabeth...we car pool with her...both girls still love playing with thier American Girl dolls. Each week they bring one to class and place them so they can watch them dance. Why can't they stay little? The swarm... Abby and backstage mom...because I am part of the faculty I had the oppertunity of running the back room...I miss the kind of energy the children had...all day...non stop..they just kept going and going and going! Grandma Lee, Grandma and Grandpa Tolman, Emma, Dallin and Mom and Dad all came to the Matinee to watch our little butterfly fly! Thank you Grandmas and PA!
By the By G & G Tolman have offically sent thier misson papers in! YEAH! A very monumental moment happended to me this weekend...Come to find out that 2 of my very good friends, dancing friends)... from long, long ago had thier daughters dancing that night as well. It wa so fantastic to see them now as moms and all of us passing our love for dance on through the next generation. Hodges (Now Stemmons) and Mel are two amazing women who stood BESIDE me through some hard stuff and still love me to this day! I love them as well, they bring joy to my heart and I was so grateful for that tender mercie this weekend! Us and our daughters Amiliea, Eliza and Abigail! Their is a time to dance!
